Born and raised in Brooklyn by Dominican parents, I’ve learned how to live creatively. Growing up watching Latin award shows and trying to recreate them using blankets! As children, household stories and urban legends were told to us in order to keep us in check, but I was always fascinated by them and tried to incorporate some twisted alter ego into my work as a designer. Fashion design has always been with me growing up and I would love to show the world the little girl who designed with blankets.
